Program Objective:To provide interns with hands-on experience in guest experience management within a multi-unit hospitality group.Interns will develop skills in customer experience coordination, communication, feedback analysis, teamwork, and service quality, preparing them for future roles in hospitality, tourism, or guest experience management.Guest Experience ManagementSupporting the coordination of guest interactions throughout the entire stay (arrival, stay, departure)Assisting in ensuring service quality standards are met across all Wotels unitsIdentifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and overall experienceSupporting the resolution of guest issues in collaboration with on-site teamsCommunication & Guest FeedbackCollecting guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and social media platformsOrganizing and categorizing guest comments by topic and urgencySupporting responses to online reviews in line with brand tone and guidelinesAssisting in the preparation of feedback summaries and reports for internal teamsContributing to action plans to address recurring issues or enhance positive experiencesCoordination with Teams & PartnersCollaborating with internal teams (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B)Supporting communication between units to ensure a consistent guest experienceAssisting in coordinating local partners and external service providersHelping manage guest-facing services such as tours, activities, and transportationPrograms & Events for GuestsSupporting the planning and execution of guest events and experience programsAssisting with scheduling and logistics of special activities offered at the unitsHelping collect guest feedback on events and experiencesSupporting improvements and new ideas for guest engagementTeamwork & LearningWorking closely with the Experience Coordinator on daily tasks and projectsParticipating in team meetings and sharing improvement ideasLearning how guest experience is managed across multiple hospitality unitsDeveloping organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
