Description Join our dynamic team in Barcelona and work with innovative Digital Marketing Ads solutions that help businesses grow globally. This role is tailored for professionals who can confidently navigate the German market, onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies in a tech-focused environment. You will build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and long-term value creation while acting as a trusted digital advertising advisor. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing high-performing PPC and digital advertising campaigns Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell advertising solutions Understand client objectives and deliver tailored, results-driven strategies Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability Drive account growth through upselling and increased advertising spend Create, maintain, and update customer records with complete and accurate information Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions Requirements BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience Fluent German (C2 level) and English Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in client-facing roles Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver strong results Strong experience managing customer relationships and CRM systems Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach Excellent communication and presentation skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive mindset Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market and performance trends Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences Specialized Skills – German Market Clear understanding of the German market, business practices, and cultural nuances Strategic thinking to identify and target high-growth potential companies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Experience managing complex stakeholder structures, including sceptical clients Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and PPC solutions Ability to confidently address advanced questions related to ROI and platform integration Awareness of data privacy regulations, including GDPR, and ability to ensure compliant outreach Desirable Skills Process improvement and continuous optimization mindset Strong collaboration and teamwork skills High emotional intelligence and adaptability Critical thinking and solution-oriented approach Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude Benefits – Barcelona Full-time hybrid position (39 hours/week) based in Barcelona Competitive salary €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year bonus Relocation support to Barcelona Private health insurance Continuous training, certifications, and skill development Clear career progression supported by coaches and a motivating team Modern office at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, by the sea Dynamic, international, and business-casual work environment
