Role Overview: As a Customer Support, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be to provide quick, accurate answers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.Key Responsibilities:Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally via phone, email, and chat Problem solving: Respond to questions about products/services, troubleshoot issues, and support account-related requests Customer guidance: Explain solutions clearly, address concerns, and ensure customers feel supported Accurate documentation: Log interactions and resolutions carefully in internal systems Escalations: Flag and escalate complex or sensitive cases according to procedures Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Quality & targets: Meet service KPIs, quality standards, and response-time goals Ongoing learning: Stay updated on products, policies, and best practices to deliver excellent support Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C2 level)Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency cardExperience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related roleSkills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesMindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
