Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social mediaResolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, and company policiesMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactionsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when requiredFollow company guidelines, quality standards, and performance metricsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Requirements C1 or higher level of Danish (written and spoken)B2 or higher level of English (written and spoken)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle customers with patience and empathyBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)Good problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work in shifts (if required)Education: High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesPaid training and career growth opportunitiesSupportive and multicultural work environmentHealth insurance and other benefits
