The role involves troubleshooting advertising products and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support to advertisers via digital channels (e.g. email/chat). Handle end-to-end troubleshooting of advertising and campaign-related issues. Support paid campaign-related inquiries and platform usage questions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related cases. Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels. Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Mandatory experience in paid campaign management. Degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in Digital Marketing. Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service program within an Advertising Tech company. Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Compensation Base Salary: €880 x 14 months Performance Bonus: N/A Complexity/Allowance Bonus: €80 x 11 months Benefits Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required) Fully covered by the company after 6 months of contract
