Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. Your work will help maintain a welcoming and secure environment by enforcing guidelines, addressing user concerns, and keeping up with emerging trends to enhance moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards, removing any content that violates guidelines
- Enforce platform policies across different types of content
- Review and respond to user appeals, providing clear explanations for moderation decisions
- Work closely with your team to ensure all regulatory and platform requirements are met
- Identify potential risks and trends by analyzing user behavior and contribute to proactive moderation efforts
- Share insights and suggestions to improve moderation processes and tools
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Czech (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
