About the Role
We are seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating online content to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies. Your attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions will play a key role in maintaining a safe and high-quality online environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with internal standards and guidelines.
Conduct quality checks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify, assess, and report policy breaches or potential risks promptly.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and support policy updates.
Requirements
Native/fluent Italian, both verbal and written.
Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or online business is an advantage.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to make quick decisions in dynamic situations.
Conscientious, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Customer-focused with a willingness to support and assist.
Availability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
