is looking for an
Innovation Hub Associate
to join our team, focusing on supporting partner management and the startup community within the sustainability vertical. This role is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the innovation ecosystem, assisting startups, partners, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding startups as Hub members.
  • Help manage the Hub member community, encouraging participation and engagement.
  • Support the organization and delivery of events, workshops, and meetups to connect members and partners.
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to strategic partners.
  • Provide support in building relationships with partners and Hub members.
  • Help with the day-to-day management of the Hub's physical spaces.
  • Collaborate with the team on executing activity plans and Hub projects.
  • Support the team with general initiatives and tasks at Unicorn Factory Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sustainability, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management, community management, or partner management.
  • Understanding of the sustainability ecosystem and proven ability to manage projects in this area.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate events and community-building activities.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Preferred:
    Experience in innovation environments and working with startups.
