is looking for an
Innovation Hub Manager
to join our team, with a strong focus on partner management and startup community management within the health vertical. The role aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem across the verticals by fostering a dynamic, collaborative environment for startups, partners, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard startups within the verticals as Hub members.
  • Manage the Hub member community and ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Plan and deliver events, workshops, and meetups to drive interaction among members and across the vertical ecosystem.
  • Identify, attract, and engage strategic partners for the Hubs.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Hub's physical spaces.
  • Support the development and execution of the activity plan aligned with Hub objectives.
  • Provide continuous support to the team on initiatives and projects relevant to Unicorn Factory Lisboa.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Health, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management, community management, or partner management.
  • Understanding of the health ecosystem and proven ability to manage projects in this area.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate events and community-building activities.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Preferred: Experience in innovation environments and working with startups.
