Gestão de Projetos Complexos

Liderança e Coordenação de Equipas Diversificadas


•
Gestão de Expectativas e Comunicação:

o Capacidade de comunicar de forma clara e eficaz com todas as partes envolvidas, desde as equipas técnicas até aos stakeholders do cliente e parceiros.

o Garantir a alinhação entre as diferentes equipas e as partes interessadas do projeto.

o Gerir conflitos, prazos e riscos de forma eficiente, mantendo a equipa motivada e os stakeholders informados.


•
Gestão de Riscos e Qualidade:

o Identificação e mitigação de riscos técnicos, operacionais e comerciais.

o Garantir a entrega de um produto com alta qualidade, cumprindo os requisitos do cliente e respeitando as normas do setor público.

Quem és

Requisitos


• +10 anos de experiência em consultoras de TI.


• Experiência na gestão de projetos para o setor público e setor da saúde.


• Liderança perante o cliente: comunicação clara, negociação, gestão de expectativas e interlocução fluida.
