Pretendemos admitir um(a)
Project Manager
para um cliente de referência.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir o ciclo de vida completo de projetos de Transformação Digital no
    setor bancário.
  • Aplicar e garantir a adesão a metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMP/PMI) e abordagens Ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Coordenar as diferentes equipas multidisciplinares envolvidas no projeto (Negócio, TI, Desenvolvimento), assegurando o alinhamento de objetivos e a entrega dentro do prazo e orçamento.
  • Identificar, analisar e mitigar proativamente riscos e dependências do projeto.
  • Gerir as expectativas dos
    stakeholders
    e garantir uma comunicação transparente sobre o progresso e estado do projeto.

Competências

  • Experiência profissional consolidada como Project Manager, com exposição ao
    setor da Banca por consultorias ou cliente final é preferencial
    .
  • Certificação PMP (Project Management Professional) é um requisito
    preferencial
    .
  • Experiência comprovada na aplicação de metodologias Ágeis.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos e experiência em projetos de Transformação Digital.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos ou conhecimento técnico em Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) será valorizada como uma mais-valia.
  • Excelentes capacidades de liderança, comunicação e gestão de equipas.
