Role
IT Delivery Manager.
Location:
Hybrid, Lisbon.
Required Skills
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fields;
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Delivery Manager;
Experience in IT project and service management;
Experience with Jira and EasyVista;
Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams;
Experience in managing the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence;
Strong analytical skills in systems and business processes, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions;
Experience collaborating with various departments and understanding how IT helps improve business operations;
Strong IT background, able to lead projects and also contribute to technical tasks when needed;
Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile) are a plus;
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
