Decskill was founded in 2014 as an IT Consulting Company and their main mission is to delivery value through the knowledge. We enable companies to meet the chalenges of digital world by providing our clients with business models that ensure technological capacity, flexibility and agility. We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.

DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:

  • DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;

  • DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;

  • DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.

We are searching for a
Delivery Manager

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related areas;

Microsoft Azure Cloud:

  • Gestão de projectos, iniciativas técnicas e serviços (order ticketing): Liderar projetos de TI e gerir serviços, utilizando Jira, EasyVista, garantindo a entrega dentro dos prazos e níveis de serviço acordados (SLA).
  • Colaboração com Equipas Técnicas: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipa garantindo a concretização das entregas.
  • Apresentar elevado grau de autonomia e capacidade para gerir situações complexas;
  • Apoiar ativamente os processos de transformação em curso na organização;
  • Apresentar organização e comportamentos de accountability e liderança ágeis que permitam o enquadramento na cultura da equipa;
  • Promover boas práticas de governance de IT;
  • Fornecer feedback construtivo aos membros da equipa, participando nos processos de melhoria contínua;
  • Seguir os padrões e templates da GALP para gestão dos projetos.
  • Pelo descrito anteriormente, os serviços a contratar enquadram-se na Tipologia:
  • Capacidade comprovada de coordenar a entrega de soluções tecnológicas, assegu-rando a qualidade, prazos e orçamentos.
  • Forte capacidade de análise de sistemas e processos, incluindo a capacidade de identi-ficar problemas e aplicar soluções tecnológicas eficazes.
  • Experiência com diferentes áreas do negócio e compreensão de como TI suporta pro-cessos de negócio.
  • Profissional com background e proficiência técnica, enquanto lidera projetos e serviços de TI.
  • Requisitos académicos
  • Licenciatura em Engenharia, Informática ou equivalente.
  • Requisitos de certificação
  • • Certificações nas áreas relevantes serão consideradas uma mais-valia.
  • Requisitos linguísticos
  • Português fluente (falado e escrito – crítico);
  • Inglês fluente (falado e escrito – crítico);
