Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What are we looking for?

• A Mid-level Project Manager or PMO with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally with external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing projects, acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely delivery within agreed requirements and aligning with business objectives.
• Strong communication and expectation management skills, capable of fostering clear communication, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Experience in supporting strategy definition for projects, ensuring business objectives are met effectively.
• Solid experience in risk and conflict management, identifying potential issues proactively and developing mitigation strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt approaches to specific client and project needs.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic vision and efficient prioritization.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Experience in the payments and/or digital solutions area is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Atlas) is desirable.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, high autonomy, proactivity, and a collaborative team spirit.
