A Multivision, consultora de referência no recrutamento especializado de perfis de IT, procura integrar na sua estrutura interna um(a) HR Operations Senior.

Esta função será estratégica na consolidação dos processos de Recursos Humanos, com enfoque na gestão de payroll complexo e diversificado, exigindo profundo rigor técnico e conhecimento especializado.

Principais Responsabilidades

Gestão de payroll end-to-end, assegurando o processamento salarial de diferentes vínculos contratuais (colaboradores internos, consultores a recibos verdes, prestadores de serviços através de empresas), garantindo rigor, organização e conformidade legal;

Controloe validação de rubricas salariais diversas, assegurando a correta aplicação da legislação laboral e fiscal, no referido scope, em vigor;

Preparação e submissão de todas as obrigações declarativas legais e fiscais associadas ao processamento de vencimentos;

Monitorização eatualização contínua relativamente a alterações legais em matéria laboral e contributiva, antecipando impactos nos processos da empresa;

Gestão Eacompanhamento Das Áreas Administrativas De RH

  • Seguros de saúde e acidentes de trabalho;
  • Programasde Medicina no Trabalho;
  • Higiene, Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho;
  • Relacionamento com entidades oficiais (Segurança Social, ACT, Autoridade Tributária, Seguradoras, entre outras).

Apoio à definição e implementação de políticas e procedimentos internos de RH, promovendo boas práticas e eficiência operacional;

Utilização do software PRIMAVERA V10 / Grupo Primavera (Cegid) como ferramenta de suporte ao processamento salarial e à gestão administrativa de RH.

Relacionamento próximo com os colaboradores, atuando como ponto de contacto para as matérias de âmbito administrativo e contratual;

Perfil Pretendido

Experiência sólida em funções de HR Operations e processamento salarial, preferencialmente em consultoras de IT ou empresas de outsourcing;

Domínio da legislação laboral e contributiva portuguesa, bem como da fiscalidade aplicada ao payroll;

Experiência consolidada na gestão de múltiplos vínculos contratuais e modelos de colaboração;

Conhecimento dosoftware PRIMAVERA V10 / Grupo Primavera (Cegid) (fator preferencial);

Elevada capacidade de organização, rigor e atenção ao detalhe;

Perfil autónomo, responsável e com forte orientação para resultados;

Excelentecapacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de relacionamento interpessoal.
