Ferring + You

As a Supply Chain Coordinator for the BeNeLux region, you will oversee and optimize logistics operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and reliable supply chain processes that support patients and customers. You will play a central role in coordinating inbound, warehousing, inventory, and outbound flows in line with GxP standards. You will act as the key contact for our 3/4PL partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Your day at Ferring

• Coordinate inbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt, accurate documentation, and customs compliance.

• Oversee warehousing operations (3/4PL in the Netherlands) with full GxP compliance and SOP adherence.

• Manage outbound logistics to customers and distributors, resolving delivery issues when needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and address discrepancies.

• Handle product returns (damaged, expired, or recalled) in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams.

• Act as the main contact for 3/4PL partners, monitoring KPIs, costs, and service levels while driving improvements.

• Lead monthly business reviews and coordinate transportation planning across the region.

Behind our innovation... There's you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain coordination within a regulated (GxP) environment (pharma preferred).

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory systems, and transportation management.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a strong plus.

• Strong IT skills, with hands-on experience in SAP S4/Hana, MS Office Suite, and PowerBI.
