Our Member Services(Reservations) Manager is key to ensuring both Member Services and CRM & Communications teams have all the tools and resources at their disposal to perform their necessary functions, and leads the teams in a way that provides support and oversight in order to maintain the highest levels of service in keeping with Discover Collection's standards.


•      ​Build the reservations department for overnight stays, entitled Member Services team, in the Lisbon office, including hiring Member Services associates and supervisors


•      Oversee the Member Services team, including onboarding, scheduling, HR admin, shift supervision, quality control on all outgoing communications and employee deliverables including:


•      Booking confirmations


•      Itineraries


•      Support with private events (small scale)


•      Surprise & Delight initiatives (with support from Curators and Member Coordinator)


•      Phone/email/chat communications with the Members


•      Oversee the CRM & Comms Manager and Member Coordinator to ensure:


•      all inter-team communications are flowing easily


•      all external communications to Members through newsletters and other platforms is accurate, on-brand and on time


•      all the data being input into the system is done so correctly and used efficiently


•      any significant requirements to upgrade or troubleshoot systems is done in a timely manner


•      ensuring Member Profiles, Member satisfaction data, Usage data and retention data is clear, up to date, and communicated internally to all relevant departments
