PROFILE:
  • Academic qualifications at the 12th grade level;
  • Over 4 years of professional experience in technical support roles;
  • Proven experience in first- and second-line technical support, both onsite and remote;
  • Experience in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows, Office 365);
  • Proficiency in Azure AD and Active Directory (creation of internal and external users and correct license assignment);
  • Experience with Intune Administration (device management);
  • Ability to prepare computers using Autopilot and to install and configure printers (Print Server);
  • Experience in ticket management and resolution (ServiceNow);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
