Porto
. This is a
full-time, on-site role
with a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Role Overview

  • Provide high-quality customer support via multiple channels
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining service standards
  • Work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Collaborate with a diverse, multilingual team

Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable with shift-based, 24/7 environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ready to work on-site in Porto

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (rotative shifts)
  • 2 rotating days off per week

  • Night shift (22:00–07:00)

  • Covered occasionally during the month

  • Candidates must be comfortable with full 24/7 rotation

Language Requirements

  • German: C1/C2 or Native
  • English: C1 (written & spoken)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: 1,100€ × 14 months
  • Performance bonus: up to 400€ × 11 months
  • Stable contract with long-term opportunity

Relocation & Accommodation Policy (Important)

Relocation from outside Portugal

  • Shared apartment room for up to 12 months
  • 280€ / month (utilities included)
  • Amount deducted directly from payslip
  • No flight ticket reimbursement for hires effective from 1 December onwards

Relocation inside Portugal

  • Accommodation provided only for Tier 1 languages German, Nordics, Dutch

Tier 2 & 3 candidates

  • Must already live in Porto
  • Applications from other cities cannot be submitted
