JLL is recruiting a Front Office Assistant to join the Residential Department team at our Lisbon store. JLL has been present in Portugal since 1997, with a multidisciplinary team of around 440 professionals. We develop our activity in the office, residential and hospitality markets, in the areas of agency, investment, corporate solutions, strategic consulting, valuations, property management, architecture, construction and research.

Job Description:

  • Excellent customer service;
  • Creating opportunities in our CRM;
  • Store management and organization;
  • Support to all consultants and sales managers.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven knowledge in administrative work, with experience in similar functions or commercial nature;
  • Autonomous, proactive and collaborative profile;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English spoken and written is essential;
  • Experience using Windows computer tools - we value knowledge in commercial BackOffice.
  • Adaptability;
  • Flexibility to work in shifts;
