Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to join our Engineering & Networks team. You will play a key role in managing and supporting enterprise-gra de infrastructure systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • This position requires deep expertise in Active Directory a dministration, Citrix environments, ADFS, Windows Server management, and scripting with PowerShell.
  • Full administration and troubleshootin g of Active Directory (including forests, domains, sites, DCs, DNS, replication, Kerberos tickets, cross-domain issues, etc.)
  • Develop and manage PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshootin g
  • Administration of Citrix environments (installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshootin g)
  • Management and troubleshootin g of Relay Admin environments
  • ADFS administration (on-premises) and configuration of Azure Enterprise Applications for SSO
  • Full administration and operation of physical and virtual Windows servers
  • Management of DFS (Distributed File System) for file server infrastructure
  • Certificate Authority a dministration- Incident and problem resolution within the Wintel infrastructure
  • Ensure all procedures and operations are properly documented.

Qualification

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration .
  • Strong troubleshootin g skills (Kerberos ticket analysis, signature traffic analysis, domain relationship issues, etc.)
  • Event ID error analysis GPOs (Group Policy Objects), DNS and DNS forwarding, Deep understanding of:
  • Proficient in Windows Server OS environments
  • Solid experience with Citrix administration
  • Proficient in PowerShell
  • English proficiency: B1 or higher
  • Microsoft Certified Engineer or related certifications
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management)
  • Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
