Order Support Specialist position.

In this role, you will be the hero behind the order, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You'll be the go-to person for complex online order issues, working diligently to find solutions that keep our customers happy.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Become an Order Master: You'll own the entire online order process, from the moment a customer clicks "purchase" to the moment their item arrives at their doorstep.
  • Be a Customer Champion: You'll handle complex issues with a smile, providing clear and timely updates to customers throughout the resolution process.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You'll collaborate with partners to resolve issues efficiently, keeping the customer out of the loop.
  • Data Whiz: You'll be a master of detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping in our SAP system. (Don't worry, we'll provide training if you're new to SAP)
