As a Video editor on our creative team, you'll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.
Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients
You have +3 years of experience in video editing, ideally in an agency, production company, o marketing team.
You're proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools) for motion integration and color correction.
You can confidently manage projects independently, from brief to filming and editing, while sticking to deadlines and maintaining brand quality.
Work setup
We work with freelance contracts with our colleagues in Lisbon. This means you are paid on an hourly basis, according to the hours you share with us that you have worked. We do provide more security than a pure freelance contract, as we work with a 30-day notice period (on both sides).
To ensure stability, we guarantee 40 hours of work per week, so that we're working together on a full-time basis. On top of that, you'll have access to a desk at our shared co-working space in Lisbon, giving you a collaborative and professional environment to thrive in.
