Work Model: On-Site in Porto (relocation provided)

Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00. Later possibility of extending beyond 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days
Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined service levels.
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams where necessary.
  • Track, meet, and exceed KPIs in areas like response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.
Requirements:
  • Dutch B2/C1 (written and spoken)
  • English proficiency (B2, written and spoken)
  • Previous Customer Service background 
  • Familiarity with KPIs
  • Flexibility to work rotative shifts

    • Room in shared apartment (utilities included, deducted from payslip).

    • From outside Portugal: Hotel room for 28 days
    • From inside Portugal: Hotel room for 15 days
