About the Role

We're looking for a
German-speaking Customer Support Representative
to join an international banking support team in Lisbon. In this role, you'll assist customers of a leading global financial services company, providing high-quality support via phone and written channels.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers with account-related inquiries (logins, passwords, general access)
  • Clarify questions related to balances, transactions, and financial overviews
  • Assist with the Online Banking App and digital services
  • Handle reports of lost or stolen cards with care and accuracy
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German
    (spoken and written)
  • Good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centre roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and reliability

Relocation Support (for candidates moving to Portugal)

  • Paid flight and airport pickup
  • Company-shared accommodation (rent & utilities included)

Contract Details

  • Initial 12-month contract (renewable)
  • Permanent contract after 2 years
  • Full-time (160h/month) with rotational shifts, including weekends
