Job Description- Develop the testing plan.
- Test Execution: Perform manual and/or automated tests to evaluate the functionality, performance and overall quality of a product.
- Defect Management: Identify, document and track defects by working with developers to resolve them.
- Ensure that the team follows test standards, guidelines and methodologies as specified in the testing strategy.
- Be responsible for managing the overall test effort and deliveries, working with the testing team to ensure that tests are performed on time and within budget.
- Manage the test environment, test data preparation, test tools and test automation implementation.
- Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan the various test phases.
- Review tests to ensure they meet entry and exit criteria.
- Act as the main point of contact and scheduling for questions related to tests.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas.
- Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Testing, Integration Testing and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in testing in the area of Human Resources (HR) is a differential.
- Experience with Testrail is a differential.
- Strong analytical capability and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems, offering appropriate solutions to customers.
- Fluent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
