Just Vargas is a human resources consultancy that recruits, trains, accompanies, challenges, and encourages candidates and companies to make the best use of their talents.
We are currently looking for a Project Controls & Analytics Manager for a reference client in the Industry & Engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Controls & Analytics team (planning, cost control, KPIs, reporting);
- Develop and monitor performance indicators aligned with business objectives;
- Coordinate project planning, cost management, quality, safety, and document control systems;
- Define and optimize WBS, CBS, progress measurement methods, and forecasting models;
- Implement and manage data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel);
- Ensure integration with ERP, Primavera P6, and other project platforms;
- Support project managers with strategic analytics and customized reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or related);
- Minimum of 10 years experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects;
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, advanced Excel, and Power BI;
- Proven track record in project control, planning, and reporting;
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus);
- Strong analytical mindset, results-oriented, and leadership capabilities;
- Availability for national and international travel.
