Junior O2C Specialist
in Porto, Portugal. Here, you'll gain hands-on experience across the Order-to-Cash cycle, work with international stakeholders, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location:
Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

What you will do in this role:

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Issue invoices and credit notes in line with company policies
  • Apply customer payments and monitor AR aging
  • Follow up on overdue balances and support query resolution
  • Assist with reconciliations, period-end close, and audits
  • Maintain updated customer master data in ERP.

Your qualifications:

  • Fluent in French (C2), and proficiency in English (B2)
  • Have a work permit in Portugal or be an EU citizen (If you do not have the two requirements above, your application will not be considered).
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations, but 2-5 years of experience are a plus
  • Good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus.
