O nosso cliente é uma consultora em fase de expansão que colabora com várias multinacionais do setor farmacêutico.
Principais responsabilidades
- Desenhar, planear e implementar estratégias omnicanal alinhadas com os objetivos de negócio de clientes do setor farmacêutico, garantindo a criação de customer journeys eficazes;
- Apoiar a adoção de melhores práticas omnicanal e assegurar a integração eficiente entre canais digitais e tradicionais;
- Coordenar a execução de iniciativas com equipas internas e especialistas, garantindo entregas dentro dos prazos e com elevados padrões de qualidade;
- Gerir projetos de marketing, mantendo alinhamento com stakeholders e assegurando a execução de acordo com as metodologias definidas;
- Configurar, implementar e otimizar ferramentas e plataformas de marketing, incluindo CRM, automação e soluções de analytics;
- Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios e análises de comportamento para suportar decisões estratégicas baseadas em dados;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria através da aplicação de Inteligência Artificial, incluindo IA generativa, modelos preditivos e automação;
- Participar no desenvolvimento de soluções e produtos internos potenciados por IA, assegurando a sua aplicabilidade a equipas de marketing;
- Conduzir workshops e formações sobre estratégia omnicanal, tecnologia de marketing, analytics e ferramentas de IA;
- Elaborar documentação, guias e materiais de capacitação para apoiar a adoção de processos e ferramentas por equipas internas e clientes.
Perfil desejado
- Licenciatura em Marketing, Gestão, Comunicação ou área similar;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em estratégia de marketing, tecnologia de marketing ou consultoria;
- Experiência comprovada em desenho e implementação de customer journeys omnicanal;
- Conhecimentos sólidos de plataformas de analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau);
- Experiência com ferramentas de CRM, automação e gestão de campanhas (Salesforce, HubSpot ou equivalentes);
- Experiência prática com ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao marketing, análise de dados ou otimização de workflows;
- Capacidade de colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares e gerir projetos complexos;
- Excelentes competências de comunicação escrita e verbal, com forte orientação ao cliente;
- Experiência no setor farmacêutico ou healthcare será valorizada;
- Domínio da língua inglesa, nível intermédio-alto ou avançado.
