STAG is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to reinforce our Business Development Team.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns promoting STAG's brand, funds, and services across all online platforms
  • Create engaging, compliant digital content (articles, visuals, social posts, videos) specific to fund management and investment migration
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring up-to-date content, strong SEO performance, and accurate brand representation
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of digital channels through web analytics, SEO, and CRM data insights
  • Maintain and organize the CRM database, registering all new leads and ensuring seamless integration with business development workflows
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to nurture leads, generate qualified investor interest, and improve conversion rates
  • Leverage AI-based design and marketing tools to create innovative and high-quality visual and written content
  • Recommend and test new digital channels or campaign formats that add measurable value to investor outreach efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within financial services, fund management, or investment advisory
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRM management, and digital performance analytics
  • Proficiency with AI content and design tools, including Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Relay, Notebook, Grok, Jasper, Gamma AI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and results-driven with a strategic mindset
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment
