About our Client

This is an incredible opportunity for a relationship focused individual, with great attitude and passion for service. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and is at ease speaking in English and is fluent in Danish. You will be responsible for turning customers into passionate Brand Ambassadors for this pioneer company in the leisure industry

The offer

  • Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, skype and chat
  • Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Ensure all clients are aware of the companys innovations
  • Being an ambassador for the company

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written in Danish & English
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued
