Key Responsibilities – Brazilian Client Relation Specialist (Financial Markets, Porto)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Brazilian Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication throughout the client journey in the financial services sector.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key account stakeholders, supporting client retention and satisfaction within the fast-paced financial markets domain.
  • Guide clients through onboarding processes, investment platform usage, and troubleshooting related queries for a seamless client experience.
  • Work closely with internal departments—Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Technical Support—to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Monitor, document, and analyse client feedback, account activity, and service levels to drive continuous improvement and best-in-class service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products and solutions, contributing to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and high-quality support.
  • Assist with risk management procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and protocols related to financial services.
Required Qualifications – Brazilian Portuguese Client Relations (Financial Markets, Porto)
  • Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (minimum B2).
  • Demonstrable experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably within financial markets, banking, fintech, or outsourcing environments.
  • Knowledge of financial products, online trading, or investment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Technology-savvy and confident in using CRM tools, MS Office suite, and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an inclusive, multicultural team.
