Then what:

1/ Development and retention of a key account client portfolio:

  • Prospecting and commercial meetings
  • Qualifying needs with clients/prospects
  • Contributing to RFP responses
  • Negotiation
  • Client follow-up and loyalty building

2/ Recruitment

  • Conducting interviews with IT and digital consultants
  • Identifying their skills, understanding their career goals, and determining their motivations in order to match them with suitable client projects

3/ Management of a team of consultants

  • Managing and providing close support to your team of consultants, in collaboration with an HR partner
  • Ensuring the smooth progress of assignments for both the consultant and the client
  • Conducting annual performance reviews
  • Retaining and engaging your team

This job requires presence on-site at our office in Porto, with the possibility to work 2 day per week remote.
