What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Mainframe Operations / Run on z/OS (Level 2 support);
- Solid background in batch job scheduling and monitoring using TWS and Control-M;
- Hands-on experience with real-time monitoring and incident resolution (abends, dependencies issues, SLA breaches);
- Strong operational knowledge of z/OS production environments, including job execution and recovery procedures;
- Experience managing system resources (disk space, JES queues, catalogs, GDGs, datasets);
- Experience with file transfers, including monitoring and incident handling;
- Ability to support application teams and participate in production deployments and change processes;
- Experience in batch optimization and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Willingness to perform planned on-call or after-hours interventions when required;
- Strong documentation skills, including operational procedures and performance/availability reporting;
- French and English proficiency;
- Residency in Portugal.
