Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat, and video conferences

  • Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products

  • Deliver high-quality service to customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Passion for online marketing and a deep understanding of how it operates

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
