We're looking for a QA Engineer to join a Fintech Project Location: Lisbon Language: Fluent English Speaking (and French will be valued) Regime: Hybrid Sector: FintechRequirements for the role:4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assuranceStrong experience in writing, executing, and maintaining test casesHands-on experience testing mainframe systems as well as frontend, backend, and API layersExperience with behavior-driven developmentusing GherkinSolid background in test automation (designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests)Proficiency in SQL for data validation and database testingExperience working with Jira and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, and documentationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into continuous integration workflowsAbout Velv:Velv is a technology services company specialising in IT consulting, software development, and nearshore solutions.
