Magic Beans is an Advanced Consulting Partner of Amazon Web Services and was considered by Amazon Web Services, AWS Consulting Partner of the Year 2020 in Portugal and AWS Migrations Partner of the Year 2021 in Iberia. We have offices in Lisbon, Porto, Óbidos, Brussels, Madrid, and Barcelona. We are looking for 1 (one) Sales Representative to work with us in one of our offices in Portugal. Job DescriptionMain responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads;
- Schedule meetings and sales presentations to a range of a prospective clients;
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and services;
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly;
- Communicate customer and prospect product and services pain points to appropriate departments;
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects;
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients;
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers;
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote new products and services;
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals;
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Magic Beans will give you all specialized training and all tools so that you can become an Expert Cloud Sales Representative.
Qualifications- Education – Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience – Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
- Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems strongly preferred.
Valued skills
- Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics or other relevant areas to the role;
- At least 1 to 3 years of Professional experience as Sales Representative in the Technological Market area;
- Strong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies;
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills;
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
- A commitment to excellent customer service;
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
- Highly self-motivated, passionate with team management and leadership.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- We value other language knowledge like Spanish, French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
