A Movida | Drive on Holidays, Grupo SIMPAR, com uma frota atual superior a 6.000 viaturas, com perspectiva de crescimento e consequentes oportunidades de carreira, a atuar no segmento do RAC e Renting, procura candidat@, para integrar equipa na Área Metropolitana de Lisboa, para exercer funções Team Leader de Front Office.

Procuramos com as seguintes competências:

  • Orientação para o cliente;
  • Gestão, motivação e liderança de equipas;
  • Pensamento lógico, analítico e crítico;
  • Antecipação, planeamento e organização;
  • Gestão de tempo e prioridades;
  • Comunicação, assertividade e influência;
  • Proatividade e iniciativa;
  • Orientação para resolução de problemas;
  • Gestão de reclamações;
  • Conhecimento médios/avançados de língua inglesa: oral, escrito e compreensão (obrigatório);
  • Conhecimentos básicos de outros idiomas (francês, alemão, espanhol, italiano) - preferencial;
  • Conhecimentos médios de Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint e Outlook;
  • Habilitações literárias 12º ano (obrigatório) ou licenciatura (preferencial);
  • Carta de condução categoria B - Obrigatório;
  • Experiência em setores preferenciais como logística, hotelaria, restauração, retalho ou similares, mínima de 3 anos;
  • Experiência em gestão de equipas, mínima de 2 anos - Obrigatório;
  • Conhecimentos de Rentway - preferencial;

Horário:
Rotativo: Regime de 4X2 (4 dias de trabalho e 2 dias folga);

Amplitude de Horário : 07h00 às 21h00;

Contrato Termo com perspetiva de continuidade;

Package Salarial:
Componente Fixa : Vencimento Base + Isenção de Horário de Trabalho + Subsídio de Turno + Subsídio de Alimentação

Componente Variável: Prémio Variável Mensal mediante objetivos (incluída na banda salarial apresentada)
