A day in your life with us

O departamento de Fulfilment Operations tem um papel muito importante em garantir uma boa experiência aos nossos clientes. Diariamente estarás responsável por:

  • Liderar o recrutamento, desenvolvimento e retenção das equipas;
  • Garantir uma equipa diversificada e comprometida, assegurando a sucessão;
  • Manter um ambiente de trabalho organizado, garantindo as normas de segurança e o Código de Conduta IKEA;
  • Definir prioridades, delegar responsabilidade e cumprir metas, garantindo a excelência nos serviços que oferecemos ao cliente.

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) é uma parte fundamental para tornar o retalho multicanal da IKEA uma realidade. Atuamos de forma totalmente integrada e orientada para os processos, com uma abordagem end-to-end para desenvolver o nosso negócio e apresentar resultados em todas as funções, juntamente com os nossos parceiros. Trabalhamos todos os dias para cada vez mais proporcionar uma experiência de compra sem falhas e de grande qualidade para a maioria das pessoas.
