PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Technical Product Owner – SAP S/4 Quality Management

  • Acting as Technical Product Owner for SAP S/4, with focus on the Quality Management workstream within a global transformation context.
  • Analyzing and elaborating global Quality Management processes and requirements, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Designing practical Quality Management solutions together with agile SCRUM teams, business partners, and software architects.
  • Defining user stories related to Quality Management and ensuring proper handover to development teams.
  • Evaluating and integrating Quality Management processes into global templates and supporting international rollouts.
  • Managing project plans by monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and incorporating local needs into global solutions.
  • Ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation process.
  • Harmonizing Quality Management initiatives with ongoing global and local projects within Operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a SAP Product Owner or IT Project Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP QM.
  • Solid understanding of IT architecture in SAP and non-SAP environments (e.g., MES).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM) and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Proven experience in process modeling and user story definition.
  • Strong project management background, analytical mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, simplify complex topics, and mentor teams.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, self-organized teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
