Product Owner

What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Lead the vision and roadmap of the digital product(s), aligning priorities with the company's strategic business goals and customer needs;
- Manage the feature backlog, defining priorities based on data, business value, and user feedback;
- Translate business needs into clear requirements by creating user stories and use cases for the development team;
- Work closely with UX, technology, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of impactful solutions;
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., conversion, NPS, engagement) and propose continuous improvement actions;
- Track retail industry trends and digital consumer behavior to anticipate innovation opportunities;
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and constant alignment;
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
What are we looking for in you?
- A university degree in Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Information Technologies, or similar fields;
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner (or in digital product management roles), ideally in the retail or e-commerce sector;
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric strategic mindset;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other product platforms;
- Fluency in English;
- A strong interest in digital innovation and a focus on improving the customer experience.
