Your mission will be…

• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and contracts in line with company policies;
• Ensure compliant and, where possible standardized, contract management standards in all relevant Business cases (supplier, customer, service providers);
• Review and validate customer contracts and purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies;
• Coordinate with Business & Finance to ensure alignment on contract terms and delivery schedules;
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing charging data and required signatures on contracts and agreements;
• Support budget monitoring and forecasting activities for departmental or IT budgets;
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting;
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics);
• Support contract-related financial administration, including tracking charging information and ensuring signatures are obtained;
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities;
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders and contracts;
• Resolve discrepancies between customer orders, contracts, and financial data;
• Drive productivity for team & department, continuous process improvements.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's degree (or similar) or experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or IT (preferable).
• Fluency in English is required, Fluency in German is preferred.
• Solid Microsoft Office knowledge with focus in Excel and / or Power BI
• Problem solving and research skills.
• Proactive in the ability to tackle problems and think analytically.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Eagerness to learn new methods & technologies.
