We are looking for an
Release Manager

MAIN TASKS:

  • Ensure monitoring and management of application releases and coordination with IT Risks Business Analysts and Management team.
  • Designs, implements, and maintains reliable infrastructures and tools for the development and deployment of applications, while configuring and monitoring production environments to ensure availability and performance.
  • Promotes a collaborative environment between development and operational teams throughout the application lifecycle, applying agile methodologies and engaging in continuous improvement processes.
  • Develops scripts to automate operational tasks, establishes CI/CD pipelines, and follows troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
:

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering or computer science.
  • Experience with software development
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • In-depth understanding of the application runtime environment (process, memory...)
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
  • Technical Stack: Java, Angular, Spring, C++, Linux, SQL, Hadoop.
  • Ability to work in a detailed-oriented and precise manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hybrid role based in Porto.
