A TUA MISSÃO

Contribuir para o desenvolvimento do Pilar Corporativo de Relações Laborais do Grupo Jerónimo Martins, antecipando tendências e traduzindo requisitos legais, de sustentabilidade e temas conexos em orientações práticas que permitam às equipas atuar com autonomia, consistência e confiança.

O QUE VAIS FAZER

  • Apoiar RH e liderança em temas de compliance laboral e relações laborais, assegurando alinhamento entre países e com standards internacionais;
  • Ser um(a) facilitador(a), transformando temas técnicos em guidelines, processos e toolkits simples e acionáveis;
  • Monitorizar tendências regulatórias, políticas e de sustentabilidade com impacto em Pessoas (laboral, ESG, tecnologia e IA), fornecendo insights relevantes às áreas envolvidas;
  • Colaborar com equipas de Proteção de Dados e Inteligência Artificial para garantir conformidade em processos de RH, nomeadamente em privacidade, tecnologia e gestão algorítmica;
  • Contribuir para instrumentos corporativos de monitorização, apoiando a melhoria contínua da autonomia das equipas e funcionando como ponto focal para temas jurídicos da área corporativa.

O TEU PERFIL

  • Formação superior em Direito (preferencial), Gestão, Economia ou áreas similares;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em relações laborais e/ou RH com componente de compliance, consultoria laboral ou sustentabilidade;
  • Boa base de direito laboral e/ou relações laborais, com capacidade de aplicar conhecimento a contextos internacionais;
  • Comunicação clara, pragmatismo, orientação para resultados e forte capacidade de influência junto de stakeholders.
