You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Support the Accounting function within the business and assist central accounting processes, maintain documentation, and contribute to achieving operational and strategic goals.
  • Create, develop, and track KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, and drive efficiency across processes.
  • Support the transfer and integration of activities from international entities into the service organization.
  • Implement process changes and improvements in all accounting processes with the support of Key Users and Operations Team Leads.
  • Responsible for all training activities within WBS Accounting, based on the training catalogue within the Finance Academy, selecting, organizing the training materials, documentation, and trainers.

This is what you bring to us:

  • Experience in operational accounting department, preferably in an SSC environment, with a broad understanding of all accounting areas.
  • Ability to run workshops and meetings.
  • Ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders across all disciplines of the organization, from operational functions to top management levels.
  • Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities according to IFRS.
  • Proven experience working with standard business tools, including MS Excel and MS Power BI.
  • Good understanding of SAP R/3: Accounting modules (AM, AR, AP, GL) & Controlling modules (CO, PS, EC-PCA und COUPA).
  • Be a problem solver and have excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills is highly appreciated.
