Role Overview: 

As an E-Commerce Customer Support, you'll be a vital touchpoint for users of a leading global e-commerce platform. Your mission is to ensure smooth, positive experiences by managing customer interactions and resolving a wide array of support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth — primarily through digital channels

  • Resolve issues for buyers, sellers, and creators, including tracking orders, handling refunds, and navigating platform tools

  • Guide users through platform features like cancellations, returns, and account updates

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate support solutions

  • Escalate challenging or sensitive issues appropriately and efficiently

  • Consistently meet quality benchmarks and turnaround expectations

  • Offer clear, solution-focused guidance to enhance the customer journey

  • Stay current on platform policies, feature updates, and e-commerce best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
