Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Customer Support, you'll be a vital touchpoint for users of a leading global e-commerce platform. Your mission is to ensure smooth, positive experiences by managing customer interactions and resolving a wide array of support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth — primarily through digital channels
Resolve issues for buyers, sellers, and creators, including tracking orders, handling refunds, and navigating platform tools
Guide users through platform features like cancellations, returns, and account updates
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate support solutions
Escalate challenging or sensitive issues appropriately and efficiently
Consistently meet quality benchmarks and turnaround expectations
Offer clear, solution-focused guidance to enhance the customer journey
Stay current on platform policies, feature updates, and e-commerce best practices
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
