Do you speak French and and have affinity with tourism? We are looking for French speakers to work as Content Moderators
in our client's multinational team in Porto. In this role, you will
ensure that user-generated content on a leading travel platform complies
with community guidelines. You will review and moderate posts, images,
and comments to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for users.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.

- Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or fraudulent content.

- Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in content moderation.

- Provide feedback to improve content moderation policies and processes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address user concerns.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Sunday: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM.

- Days off: 2 rotational days per week (including 1 full weekend off per month).

- On-site position in Porto.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Fluency in French (C2 and higher, written and spoken) and a good command of English (B2 and higher, written and spoken).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

- Previous content moderation experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal:

- EU ID, residence card, or Manifestação de Interesse.

Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base salary: EUR 1,000/month (paid over 14 months).

- Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day, net, paid in a meal card

- Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required). Fully covered after 6 months.
