Position:
CIAM & Digital Identity Professional (ForgeRock | Salesforce | MuleSoft)

Location:
Porto | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CIAM modules, integrations, and authentication flows (SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
  • Integrate ForgeRock IDP with internal and external applications (web, mobile, CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Design and implement API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Implement CIAM solutions with Salesforce Experience Cloud integrated with ForgeRock.
  • Define access policies, adaptive authentication, and consent management.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and GDPR requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Produce technical documentation and promote CIAM best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvements in the CIAM architecture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in CIAM / IAM / ForgeRock / Salesforce / MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, MFA, SSO).
  • Experience with API-led integration and identity lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on security and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical English proficiency (written and spoken).
