Who are we looknig for?

Customer Identity and Access Management ( CIAM )

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain modules and integrations within the ForgeRock platform.
  • Implement authentication, authorisation, and session management policies.
  • Configure and maintain login flows, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and federated identity (SAML, OIDC).
  • Integrate the ForgeRock IDP with internal and external applications.
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of the central IDP instance.
  • Participate in digital transformation and CIAM architecture modernisation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application development teams.
  • Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a CIAM Engineer (or equivalent), specifically working with ForgeRock.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0.
  • Experience with Java, REST APIs, JSON, LDAP, and JWT.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, Docker).
  • Solid understanding of application security and identity management.

Certifications ( Valued ):

  • ForgeRock Certified Access Management Specialist
  • ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist
  • ForgeRock Certified Directory Services Specialist

Languages: Portuguese and English ( mandatory )

Working model: hybrid (2/3x per week in the office)
